Delta Insurance Group names Kent Chaplin as COO

New Zealand-based Delta Insurance Group has appointed Kent Chaplin as chief operating officer to support its global growth plans.

Chaplin is the former CEO and regional head for Lloyd’s in Asia Pacific. He also served as a board member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel.

He was subsequently appointed to Delta Group’s Advisory Board in August 2019, where he provided strategic planning, business development and governance support for Delta Insurance Group with respect to its New Zealand and Asia-Pacific operations
