India's Choice Group floats insurance aggregator platform

ISMOS will offer life, health and general insurance plans.

Indian financial conglomerate Choice Group has launched a fintech aggregator platform to tackle low insurance penetration, an announcement read.

The platform ISMOS will offer life, health and general insurance plans.

Customers will be able to extract a quote directly from several insurance companies on the ISMOS platform and buy policy of their choice instantly.

To supplement the initiative, the platform has enrolled over 1,000 points of sales persons that have been approved by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). The platform will also facilitate claims through third-party administrators.
